Sr. Design Manager

As the brand evolved, the need to showcase content in a new way was desired. I established the strategic journey and vision with an overall goal to elevate the experience, engage users and provide intuitive pathways forward. These pathways have laid a solid foundation for design excellence.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Blog content was disparate, inconsistent, and hard to navigate. This lead to inefficiencies and negative impact to the overal user experience.

SOLUTION

To drive design innovation and elevate user experience, I led a transformative initiative that optimized key areas of the design process. By building a high-performance team, conducting comprehensive user research, and defining a clear strategic vision, we implemented a centralized service model. This approach streamlined operations, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and overall user satisfaction.
